Not Like Me is an amazing story about Jocia who has many friends who are not like him. He introduces each of his friends and talks about their differences and how they are still friends in spite of them. This book will teach children about the importance of diversity and how we need it in order to make our world a better place.
Michelle Sawyer is a native of North Carolina who has an incredible love for children. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She also has a Masters in Childhood Science and Environmental Education from CUNY Brooklyn. Michelle is married to Keith and they are newlyweds who are expecting their first child in January 2013.
